Missing Fresno Fisherman Found Safe After Being Missing For Six Days

Happy ending for a missing Fresno man who went missing in the Sierra for six days during a fishing trip. Here are some details and video via CBS 47 and KSEE 24:

Deputies said the man had been missing for nearly six days after leaving his Pinedale home the morning of June 28 to go fishing.

A resident reported seeing him that afternoon driving east on Trimmer Springs Road near Pine Flat Lake in a Nissan pickup truck.

Around 1 p.m. Saturday, a volunteer Air Squadron member spotted the man’s pickup about 20 miles northeast of Pine Flat Lake, just above Fence Meadow.
