The body of a missing Central Valley fisherman has been found in the California Aqueduct.

Kings County Sheriff’s deputies recovered the body of a fisherman from the California Aqueduct on Wednesday who had been reported missing a day earlier.

Deputies from the Kings County Sheriff’s Water Rescue Unit, working with the Avenal Police Department, conducted an extensive search for a missing person in the California Aqueduct at the Avenal Cutoff on Tuesday.
