ICAST PREVIEW: Big “Revelation” coming from Batson Enterprises as ICAST 2013 prepares to open its doors

SEATTLE, Wash. – File this away under “things we’re most excited about seeing at ICAST” next week: The incredible new RainShadow Revelation blanks that Batson Enterprises will showcase.

Early word is that this satin-black series will be offered in 14 spinning and 12 casting models, with a host of advanced features like the “High Density SC” (HDSC) design. In a nutshell, this makes the blank up to 30 percent lighter and a mind-blowing 100percent stronger than the closest competitor.

You’ll be astonished by the look and feel of this new series. Rather than simply offering a rack full of bare rod blanks, Batson is going the extra step to build them into completed rods using a host of other components from Alps.
