Carrot in the shotgun
Thanks to the folks at Demolition Ranch, someone had asked what actually happens in the cartoon when Bugs Bunny sticks a carrot at the end of the shotgun barrel. Demolition Ranch video records this epic event on what actually happens.

The setup: shotgun, carrot, string and a turkey to simulate the wabbit.
Depending on which loads you use for the shotgun, in this take they were using No. 4 Shot high brass (big bb’s).

The Result
The barrel actually did get tanked at the end, so yes need to have it replace.
The turkey (wabbit) well, it doesn’t look good either, see pic below.
