FitKid in Every Park
The California Parks Company is focused on creating great experiences with the great outdoors for individuals and families. It is important for our children to respect and build a relationship with nature. We are here to connect our communities with the outdoors and create awareness for healthier choices.
Through our FitKid program and Felix the FitKid Fox, we are getting our local communities involved so children know the importance of exercise and spending time experiencing the great outdoors.
This free amazing program will be starting on May 20, 2017 this season. The third Saturday of the month will have different activities offered that will rotate throughout the year. Our FitKid program will be offered regularly May through September.
Kids are welcome to bring a snack or choose a FitKid approved snack. Making healthy food choices can be confusing, and that’s why Felix will help identify foods that will taste good and be good for you.

Things your child will need:
Appropriate attire for the listed activities, sun block, towel, water and snack or snack money for our FitKid Snack Pack.
